1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

A person who is swimming not with the flow, but like a pro..just to create the new path for others to grow and glow. Efficient leader is the mind reader. To read the minds of others, you need to be complete with yourself. And once you clear that you are on the track of abundance to connect with people and dive into the world of possibilities.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Every WOMAN herself is a form of SHAKTI. She can create wonders (“if given a chance”-no-no-no…now it’s a history) creating possibilities for herself and others. Woman as an entrepreneur is just about “DARE TO SHARE and SHARE TO CARE”

3. Tell us more about Yungmind.

Customized creative services from Yungmind to young minds. We are treating all age groups as young which itself makes them feel happy and connected. We are formed out of the need to evolve ART in every possible way. From corporate gifting to advertising and branding, we are spreading wings creatively. Paper bags, Paintings, warli paintings, fabric painting, graphic t shirts, handicrafts (out of waste) these are the products which we created and exploring more in future.

4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?

To connect with the people, providing them effective creative solutions causing breakthrough results in their sales. Making people bowled with never before presentation. We ideate to generate your profit. We also celebrate our happiness with few NGOs like Bosco Boys Home Borivali, CPAA, Rotary as a part of contribution.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

I am very much practical that being passionate makes me and the world around happy and content. So PASSION is the HIGH FASHION, simply wear to dare!
