What are the key attributes that helped your company overcome the challenges that it faced during its establishment?
Since we had a clear business plan and already created our short term goals it was easy for us to achieve them. We had our own marketing strategies, so it was easy for us to reach our target audience. Our team had the passion for the organization and worked with dedication towards achieving the goals. This helped us overcome the challenges that we faced during the initial stage.
With the massive technology advancements, what according to you are the opportunities and challenges evolving across the Event Management space?
Event management companies are no strangers to technology. We are embracing innovative event management tools, and with a good reason. Due to the innovations in technology, we have almost seen a rise in productivity by a good value and a decrease in cost. Technology helps to provide creative solutions which are less time consuming and also helps to customize the space. And social media platforms have made it easier to reach the target audience at a large scale.

We have been organizing events successfully, which helps companies build their brand loyalty. Most of the marketers believe event marketing is the single-most effective marketing channel for achieving business goal. It is an essential marketing channel for B2B and B2C business. How do you motivate creativity and innovation in the workspace while maintaining a healthy work environment?
A relaxed and flexible work environment increases a team’s productivity by letting ideas flow. We share our vision and work together, which helps the organization to flow smoothly. Putting together a team with different backgrounds, passion, and capabilities helps diverse set of ideas to flow and brings various solutions if any problem arises.
What is your opinion about the current scenario of Exhibition and Event Management segment and your company’s future plans?
The exhibition and event management segment is growing exponentially due to its ability to adapt and grow with the innovating technology. Event management has now transformed into experience creation with amalgamation of technology, innovative ideas and creative content. For the future we are focusing of expansion and opening branches nationally and internationally.

Sachin Bhalerao is a renowned personality in the event management market in and around Mumbai. He was awarded S.T.A.R.S WOW & S.T.A.R.S PRIMARY in performing the act of excellent service to the guests of Taj Hotels Resorts & Palaces while working for 17 years in Taj Mahal Palace, Colaba.
Passionate about his career in Wine, he travelled to France for completing his further studies in Luxury Brand Management, Food and Wine. Sachin is on the verge of becoming a Wine Sommelier as he has developed his pallet and is an expert in wine tasting and has extensive knowledge about it.
