Achieving Success Milestones
Recently, Adv Vishal Kale is appointed as an inquiry officer by the Registrar of Cooperation, Maharashtra Government, for detecting financial fraud. Already being appointed on the panels of 25 banks, Adv Vishal is an expert on detection and managing financial fraud and is doing detection and inquiry into financial frauds committed by bank officials.
Adv Vishal was representing Maharashtra Toursim Development Corporation in past and right now is also standing Counsel representing Mumbai APMC (Mumbai, Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Mumbai), representing them in the Dena Bank fraud case of â‚ą500 crores. It is a famous bank fraud case in Mumbai where all the big corporates were duped by conmen colluding with the bank officials. CBI has filed a charge sheet in this matter, and Adv Vishal Kale assisted the client in detecting the modus operandi and collecting evidence. He is litigation Counsel for them.
The Registrar of Co-operation Central Government has appointed him as Sole Arbitrator, considering his contribution to the banking sector and experience in civil and criminal matters. By studying them extensively, Adv Vishal argued and forensically proved that EVM machines cannot be hacked and won the famous “EVM hacking case” in the Bombay High Court.
High Court Judge her Ladyship Justice Smt. Mridula Bhatkar considered his contribution in the case and his technical knowledge and praised Adv Vishal and other counsels for their support in deciding the controversial EVM case. Based on this verdict, dozens of other writ petitions in various parts of India were quashed, and the use of EVM machines in India became legal and undeterred.
Philanthropic Philosophy
Adv Vishal is also a trustee with Samparc Organisation, which has worked for better life of orphans since 1996. He has been successfully operating under the guidance of Amit Banerjee sir to give education to children. Samparc Organization has restored the lives of thousands of destitute children by bringing them back into society. Later the organization also arranges for their marriage, after they become adults. Many youngsters from Samparc Organisation are now employed and working in corporates.
Vishal provides jobs from his firm to the needy and talented students from the village. KASA provides accommodation and food to these students whenever necessary. Taking note of this, Media Group in Delhi has awarded the law firm Kale And Shinde Associates as the ‘Most Influential Firm’ in 2019.

Adv Vishal has a good background in real estate in Pune and has worked for Poonawala Group, Shapoorji Palanji, Goyal Ganga, Lodha Group, and Yuvraj Dhamale Corp.
