As a business leader, what is your opinion on the impact of the current pandemic on the overall business ecosystem in India and how has your company adapted to this unprecedented time?

With an experience of more than a decade, I have witnessed a major shift in economic and social changes. The way organizations function has changed majorly.  This also means that there are significant growth and development due to the changing ecosystem of business during the current pandemic. Businesses are forced to drive their efforts in the right direction to achieve desired results.

Technology has proven to be the key integrator in the current pandemic. Vertex Global Services is one of the global players investing heavily in technology, witnessing tremendous growth in AI and allowing us to automate multiple processes.

Vertex being one of the tech superiors has defined its pillars of recovery in the view of long-term scenarios where we have planned to develop a clear technically agile system reaching the digital pinnacle.

Brief us about the work culture in your organisation. How do you ensure employees stay creative and technologically updated?

Vertex stands tall with a robust vision and is employee-centric. We inculcate a desire for learning and growth within every person associated with us. I believe that the notion behind an affluent start-up is its people, and Vertex executives have every inch of courage, cooperation, and coordination to lead with innovation, work with passion, and foster collaboration for more holistic decisions.

We have followed hierarchy structures wherein teams are well enlightened and pellucid in taking decisions under their mentors who have keen cognizance and the potential to foresee looming trends ensuring every decision under my supervision. What would be your advice to the emerging entrepreneurs aspiring to make an impact in the tech domain?

While we all look up to successful personalities for their achievements what we don’t understand is the hard work and consistent learning it takes to achieve the apex of success. As a leader, I have understood how crucial it is to develop and learn from personalities who have achieved their goals with hard work.

I would advise the emerging entrepreneurs to focus on developing meaningful relations with their consumers along with industry professionals.  It is imperative to always be consumer-centric and build easy solutions to the problems your consumers face while being financially smart. A wise entrepreneur is someone who views competitors as potential partners and collaborates to positively impact a business.

Where do you envision your organisation to be in the long run and what are your future goals?

Growth is an integral part of Vertex, it means offering consistent deliverables to consumers with a continuous process where both employees and employers put their efforts to create conducive environment so that we can achieve objectives at the same time. Developing a growth strategy involves penetrating new markets and new segments, which aids the business to scale to new heights.

The coronavirus pandemic has unleashed digital disruption at large; small-medium businesses, in particular, have been impacted heavily. Now many who have not used technology or digital tools in their business have had to foray into online platforms for selling and procuring products and services. Vertex being a service-based company realized the market potential and now expands its offering in SaaS. Our new vertical solution can also adapt to a remote working society going through changes and disruptions over the past year by providing software choices that understand the landscape.

Advocating growth for the ed-tech community, Vertex Digital Academy is an e-learning platform, which will unlock the potential of professional instructors to further uplift their reach while being lucratively rewarded.
