US Software plans to Offer up to 10,000 jobs by 2023

American Cloud-based software organization, based in San Francisco, Salesforce, has exponentially expanded its workers from 2,500 in April 2020 to 7,500 and is planning to recruit more than 2,500 employees within the period of the next three months.

The company has planned intense hiring in December 2022 aiming to increase its workers by one-third in January 2023 respectively. Having tripled its strength since 2020, Workforce has identified the growing business requirements and the need to meet these requirements.

Salesforce Chairperson and CEO Arundhati Bhattacharya told in an interview, “We are at around 7000 plus. We are expecting that we will end the financial year F23, which for us ends on January 23, we expect to be in the range of 10,000.”

She further added that Salesforce focuses on the business domains of services, manufacturing, financial services, banking, insurance, and social services, in India.

Arundhati mentioned on the topic of flexible working, remote work-from-home model saying, “We will see more and more workforce returning to the workplaces.”

Workforce has its offices in the cities of Jaipur, Gurugram, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad, currently.
