1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

My philosophy is Be the people’s person is taking care of your employees, & they will obviously work better for your organization. Employees are the backbone of any company or organization. If they are taken care well, well paid with incentives(intrinsic & extrinsic). As well have equal participation in decision making or important matters by giving the employees the opportunity to share their views helps an organization to grow more effectively.

For example- whenever any decision is taken by Top management employees should be given equal opportunity to express their views & suggestions as it on one hand it makes them realize that they are important key aspects in management.

Employees should be given intrinsic & extrinsic incentives i.e., Financial incentives in terms of bonus & perks, & non financial incentives i.e, holidays for family, health clubs, gym & sports.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine women entrepreneurship?

Woman Entrepreneurship is all about seeking out the opportunities, exploring them & taking your own stand by breaking the stereotypes & having a practical approach with a vision that would add a value to the society.

For example, When I was going through a failure in my life, a phase of struggle & hardships came in my life I thought of doing something on my own many things came as a barrier in front of me-

How will I arrange the funds?

How will I manage on my own?
How will I take steps towards doing something on my own?
How the society will see me?
How will I be able to step out of my comfort zone?
But then only one thing came in to my mind that I will take my own stand & will do something on my own, then I thought of starting my startup Kasturi Life Coaching Services.

3. What are the services/solutions/products that your company provides?

Change always has to begin with ourselves, which results in transformation that lead us somewhere we deserve to be in life that’s what is my vision for founding Kasturi life Coaching Services.

I have both the mode offline & online wherein I give sessions & consultation to my clients by helping them to sort out their problems.

Kasturi Creations- An online clothing store for women’s. A wide variety is there in various categories like women accessories, handbags, shoes, jewelry, western outfit, sarees, ethnic wear, party wear dresses, Bridal collection, kitchen utilities & home & decor.

4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?

1) If we want to see the change in the world we have to begin with ourselves & that begins with a change in our way of thinking & our attitude towards various perspectives.That’s what my vision is  behind starting my start up.

4) Failures are the ladders that pave a way to success.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

I would choose to follow my passion because passion is something that keeps you going while sailing through a journey called life.

But at the same time I would prefer a practical approach as well because that helps you to analyse the situations, market trends as well as change in customer’s needs & preferences & then finding out the solution.
