WhatsApp has now introduced two new features in India, namely ‘Flash Calls’ and ‘Message Level Reporting.’ According to WhatsApp, both features will help the users enhance the security and give them more control.
‘Flash Calls’, which according to WhatsApp is much safer than verification text SMS for the new users. This feature will come in handy for users who frequently change their phones. It is considered safer as the application will take whatever it needs from the application itself.
The other feature ‘Message Level Reporting’ will allow the user to enhance the application security and control their data on the application. It will enhance the two-step verification process and allow the user to block bothersome users easily. With this feature, users in India can now choose who can see their profile picture, status, last seen, etc.
