- What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?
I have always believed in doing things in a very practical way and the corporate world works only in the practical format. It has always been in believing in yourself which allows you to make others as well confident of what they are doing and leads to amazing leadership.
2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?
Women entrepreneurship is very hyped that women these days are equal to men and a lot more. But I always believe that if a person wants to achieve something then nothing can stop them irrespective of their gender. So I would want women entrepreneurship to be re-defined in a very subjective manner.

We are into complete solution for interiors and we are pioneers in providing workshops with interior styling across the country.
4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?
Our vision is to touch nearly 40 cities this year with our workshops and to serve nearly 20+ happy clients.
5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?
I always believe in enjoying what I do and make the best of it. I don’t think that your passion cant be practical or it can’t help you earn. Actually your passion can make you do things which you had always dreamt of, juts that you need to get a practical on it and just work for it. They walk parallel for me.
