Meet the Proficient
Johnson Andrews is the Owner and Founder of Trinity HR Solutions. Recently retired from the profile of Director-HR from a US-based Global company.He is successfully stirring Trinity as the Chief Consultant. He has done his Graduation in Science from Madras Christian College (Tambaram) and PG in Human Resource Management from Loyola College, Chennai.He has done PG Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, Delhi and also completed an Advanced Strategic Human Resources Management course/Program from IIM, Ahmedabad.
His professional journey has driven him through various high-end profiles showcasing  stints including Director-HR and Country Manager at Visteon Automotive (American MNC which was part of Ford India), Vice President-Corporate HR in Rane Madra(Rane Group),  He was the Chief Executive (Group Human Resources) at M.A.Chidambaram group of companies(Part of the SPIC Group).He was the Deputy Manager HR of Shriram Fibres(DCM) and the Head of HR in FACIT ASIA a joint venture with an MNC known as FACIT AB, Sweden and Tata Group. Johnson started his career with Kothari Sugars and Chemicals (Part of Kothari Group) as its Personnel and Welfare Officer, in the year 1975.
This tenure of more than four decades has fueled him with varied experience both in HR & IR. He has gained exemplary expertise in the fields of OD interventions, Hiring, C&B Management, Performance Management, and Building Proactive Employee Relations & Engagement. Embracing change and Signing off wage and various other settlements are some of his other knacks. He has wide-ranging experience in both Internal and External Trade Union Leaderships.
Johnson’s concrete efforts have helped him to collect various jewels in his pocket including Award for Corporate Excellence from ITM Business School of Management and RASBIC Awards for ‘Recruiting and Staffing – Best in Class’ from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Mumbai.
