The pandemic was challenging for sure, especially in the beginning when communication and coordination amongst the team members was proving to be a struggle while working remotely. But we overcame the challenge soon by arranging interactive virtual sessions and other activities for the team members, which also helped them, stay motivated in the circumstances.
This enabled us to keep our operations afloat despite the various hurdles posed by the pandemic. Even after we resumed working from the office, we ensured to follow all the necessary protocols to prioritize the health and safety of our employees.
