As an HR professional, he has always been captivated by the power of people and the role HR plays in shaping an organization’s culture, values, and goals. He believes that HR acts as a bridge between management and employees. And both parties must be aligned and work towards a common goal.
Since entering the HR industry, he has been dedicated to making a positive impact. He has taken every opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute. By always staying up to date with the latest HR practices and technologies. Sumeet is always looking for ways to improve his skills and knowledge.
He is proud to share some of his HR initiatives and accomplishments. Including the implementation of a new performance management system. And a new hire assimilation program. He has also been actively mentoring students and facilitating HR programs. Such as Buddy/Mentoring, Voice of Employee, Roundtables, Brown Bag sessions, Employee Branding, and Book Club sessions.
As an HR professional, Sumeet is dedicated to creating a world-class employee culture. He was inspired to start the Jobseeker Hub platform when he saw the impact of cancelled pre-placement opportunities of the candidates during COVID. He wanted to give back by creating a platform that connects job seekers with all the available job opportunities in one place. Today, Sumeet is proud to say that Jobseeker Hub has a community of over four lakh members.
In addition to running the platform, he has also been actively involved in mentoring job seekers to help them succeed in their job search. This includes providing guidance on how to crack interviews at top companies and giving advice on resume makeovers. He is passionate about helping people find fulfilling careers and positively impacting their lives.
