The Man Behind the Food Plate

Saurabh Singhal is an alumnus of Institute of Hotel Management Mumbai, which is known as one of the best Hospitality and Catering institute in Asia. After graduating from the college, he spent his initial years supporting many international fast food and casual dining chains in India and international markets like McDonalds, Pizza Hut, TGIFridays, and Benihana. He also played a critical role in the growth and expansion of such brands in International markets like London, Hong Kong, Thailand and Phillippines.

His passion for cooking and hospitality inspired him to enter the market with the sole aim to develop and grow food brands which can not only serve a growing need for high quality products but also can play an important role for the franchisees helping them understand finer aspects of food business and learning how to operate food business in a systematic manner.
