1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

Efficient leadership is must in a corporate environment – philosophy of efficient leadership for me means a leader who is capable of leading the organization from one paradigm to the next. A paradigm is the way we think. The way we do things. The way we approach things. We need to think differently. We need to do things differently. The leadership philosophy serves as a kind of ethical and professional compass that everyone on your team or in your company can look up to and hopefully make their role model.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

If I were given a chance to redefine Woman Entrepreneurship, I will define it as a right of a woman to fulfill her dreams and set an examples her for male counterparts, because I don’t think that women are dependent on men to achieve something in their life. All we need is inner strength which comes from will power which we all have but because of the society and its myths, we women fail to recognize our own strength. But if we believe in ourselves, we can take all the responsibilities very well.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

I will choose my passion in practical manner because it is important to be practical professionally and personally. Being passionate is important to be successful person. So both being passionate practically is parallel to each other.
