NEW DELHI – Singhania & Co. today has announced the joining of a new Partner – Mr. Aslam Ahmed, a seasoned litigation lawyer with over 21 years of experience in their New Delhi office.
At the Firm, Mr. Ahmed will be focusing on contentious matters covering arbitrations and commercial contractual disputes, corporate and white collar litigations before Delhi High Court, Supreme Court, NCLAT, NCLT and other High Courts and Appellate Tribunals.
Prior to joining S&Co., Mr. Ahmed was a Partner at Desai & Diwanji. He has been regularly advising and representing MNCs and domestic entities on issues related to commercial disputes, winding up, insolvency, white collar crimes, employment issues, and general disputes advisory. He is a regular speaker at various events.
