Most of them believe that women entrepreneurs concentrate their business to sectors which offer emotional value than the real value add like education, social services, healthcare, etc. I would redefine this perception and prove that women can master in all segments by building channels for startup funds and investments to budding entrepreneurs so that they can color their dreams with their full capability. Every service or product a women entrepreneur offers is more value add than emotions.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?
I would choose following passion practically. It is because passion is the spark to drive the vehicle of business. At the same time pragmatism is extremely essential to establish the market for the service and product we offer, build strong customer relationships and ultimately add value to the lives of our customers through our services. Sometimes we build a service around needs which takes time for customer realization and acceptance. Hence, practical implementation is required for new setup.
