  1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

Leadership is all about conveying your vision and sharing your passion to the team and inspiring people to accomplish amazing things. Leadership is all about thinking out of the box, being innovative, and exploring opportunities. Being a leader is to help my team realizing in their true potential, understanding their weakness and strength and push them to become better each day.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Women are increasingly striking out on their own and finding success as entrepreneurs. As more opportunities are becoming available and access to opportunities is being constantly redefined because women across the globes are using the ecosystem to their advantage to realize their dreams. For me, women entrepreneurship is all about showing faith in their capabilities and with determination and confidence; women entrepreneurs can reach any heights.

3. What is SportsThat all about?

SportsThat is a fan recognition and fan profiling platform for sports fans to flaunt their fandom and showcase their talent.

It provides platform for fans to showcase their talent and flaunt fandom in unique ways. Fans can connect with each other based on their passion and interests for their favorite team, sports and players. SportsThat helps fans in connecting with like-minded fans, also it helps in finding fans in their vicinity to play and hangout with each other. In one line, SportsThat is community of sports fans.

4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?

Our vision is to connect 1 million fans in 2020 across the globe and enhancing fan experience inside and outside the stadium. Our core values are integrity, passion, accountability and fan-centricity. We are fan-centric platform and we believe in helping fans realize their dreams and making them feel happy and valued.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

Following your passion is tough sometimes, as it requires a compelling vision, successfully strategising, defining the right tactics, and getting into sustainable action. Sports has always been my passion and it is helping me in turning my vision into action. So, I would say I am practically passionate in what I am doing right now.
