Sevate Software Services was founded by Bhanu. S. Vanukuru. Bhanu is a global IT consultant with 25+ years of international consulting experience. Bhanu has built and lead teams of software consultants in the US, UK, Oman and India for several Fortune companies including Royal-Dutch Shell, Manugistics, Allstate, Citibank, HP, Sprint & Polaris, India. Since its establishment Bhanu has aligned Sevate Software Services as a global player in the Enterprise ERP & CRM services segments.
Through his deep comprehension of the IT services processes, Bhanu designed several process-improvements, and drives Sevate Software Services to offer improved & innovative business-to-IT transformations.

Unlike earlier when CRM used to be implemented only by large businesses, in the present global market scenario, even SME are implementing CRM for their businesses. With the latest technologies like AI, SaaS etc incorporated into CRM packages, solution providers can offer much enhanced and better outcomes by leveraging these technologies from the CRM customers.
