All these qualities and more combine to personify Rishabh Lodha, son of Shri Narendra Lodha and the Founder of Lodha Builders, established in 2002.
Since then, the firm and Rishabh are engaged in developing Real Estate Projects, early on solo and later on in partnership with Buildworth Real Estate – a Partnership Firm of reputed business entities also, including Shri Ram Swaroop Joshi (CS) Ex-Chairman of FINER who was earlier engaged in the business of infrastructure projects and fabrication of steel structures and Shri Vinod Kumar Khandelwal, Director of Pushpa India Commotrade (P) Ltd. – established in 1994, and engaged into Civil Construction Business.
With decades of experience in infrastructure, civil, and real estate projects, all three partners exhibit greater faith and credibility amongst their customers and investors.

He adds, “We build assets that can be passed on from generation to generation.”
Gifting You Your Smart Homes
Sharing the saga of his entrepreneurship, Rishabh says that in 2002 he began his journey in Building Construction by Constructing two units of Flats for Rental Purposes on the ‘Self Owned Property at Dimapur, Nagaland. With the successful completion of the projects, his passion for Building Construction was born. Then, in 2003, he did a small Joint Venture Project at Dimapur in the name of ‘Park Enclave’ and constructed 12 units of Flats with approx—21,000 Sq. ft. area of construction for Rental Purposes. Then in the same year, he shifted his base to Guwahati.
Later, in 2007, Rishabh constructed a Residential Building consisting of 20 Ownership Flats of approx. 40,000 sq. ft. construction area in the name of ‘Park View,’ at a prime locality of Christian Basti, Guwahati.
Further, in 2014, he started another Residential Project at a posh location Dispur Last Gate Circle, just a walking distance from G.S Road, Guwahati, in the name PARK PANORAMA, encompasses of 160 apartments, all contemporary in attitude and smart in functions, under Partnership with the Firm M/s Buildworth Real Estate. Rishabh helped the firm build approx—4,10,000 sq. ft. area of construction for Residential Apartment. “The Luxury Apartment Project had already been handed over to the owners for Possession,” he informs.

Rishabh is also an active Member of LIONS CLUBS INTERNATIONAL since 2009. He is an FDI Graduate from Faculty Development Institute of Lions Clubs International. He is also a Motivational Trainer/Coach/Facilitator/Faculty working under Lions Clubs International. He is very passionate about Impacting Lives and Adding Good Values into lives of Others.
He has served as Faculty/Trainer on several occasions at various Leadership Institutes at various levels of Lions Clubs International. To impart his valuable Leadership Trainings under Lions Association, he regularly Travel across several Cities/Towns in Eastern India.

At the District Level he has been Awarded with Lion of The District, Best District Chairperson, Best Region Chairperson, Outstanding Zone Chairperson, Outstanding President of the District and Best Secretary of the District. At the Lions Multiple Level MD 322, he has been awarded with Best Region Chairperson of the Multiple, MD322 (2016-17) and Best President of the Multiple, MD322 (2014-15). At Lions International Level he has been Awarded with International President Medal (2020-21) which is the second highest Award by Lions International, Six times International President Certificates, three times GAT Honours Certificate, International RC Medal (2016-17) and International ZC Medal (2015-16).
Rishabh is a Versatile and Multi-talented personality. He is very passionate about Singing and is a great Music Lover and enjoys making Videos. Future Plans
Rishabh says, “We are looking forward for new real estate ventures for residential, row houses and bungalows, commercial complexes, warehouses, hotel and resorts, land plotting and interior projects.” Sharing their plans, Rishabh reveals that they are looking for diversification in the near future with two branches including ‘Interiors (Home Interior and Décor) and Property and Facility Management (Post Construction Care).’
