Dishebh joined the organization eight years back, and under his leadership, the centre expanded its network to six neighbouring states and neighbouring countries.
His innovative and transformational strategic planning results in making affordable low-cost diagnostics accessible to resource-poor areas. He endeavours to help patients with bringing timely diagnostic services with rapid turnaround time and timely treatment initiation.
Inspiration for the Journey
Inspired firstly by the ethics of dedicated hard work and honesty by his grandparents, who were passionate, innovative educationists, it was further strengthened by doctor parents pursuing healthcare with a continuation of the passion for excellence.
The field of diagnostics was vital as it was an opportunity to fulfil the unmet needs of tier II and tier III cities for timely investigations, which are an essential part of medical treatment. Dishebh continued the journey started by his father, a passionate, ardent pathologist who developed this vision of providing the best quality diagnostics in these areas.

Impediments on the Way
There was highly trained manpower needed to manage the equipment and timely maintenance along with quality checks. Back support chain was also a requirement in tier II and III cities along with ease of payment, which was planned to be monthly for the healthcare centres.
This was done with hard business negotiation skills of Mr Dishebh and with keeping the vision and ethos of bringing uncompromised quality testing within reach of the underserved population with affordable rates.
COVID challenge
Initially, all the staff was apprehensive of the unknown COVID challenge. After meetings with the staff, the company decided to take the plunge. In June 2020, applied for COVID 19 testing, which was accredited by the international standards based NABL and subsequently achieved the prestigious ICMR recognition.
The biggest challenge was home sample collection of COVID patients, and an innovative new line of Reliable Home sample collection was developed, maintaining all patient safety and staff safety measures. This ensures minimum movement and maximum safety at need of the hour. The facility had the unique distinction of being available 24*7 and a rapid turnaround time
Message for the Youth
“When we start a new venture, it looks easy, and I agree, but doing it using best quality practices, monitoring, and ethics is needed and what the patient deserves. I believe young entrepreneurs should be encouraged to grow and flourish, thereby also creating job opportunities and livelihood for many families,” says Dishebh.

The COVID pandemic resulted in the entry of multiple big chains in the field of diagnostics and latest equipment and testing facilities, including in hitherto underserved tier II and tier III cities. Now they have expanded, leading to healthy competition and enhanced quality testing availability leading to a healthy nation.
Future Goals
The future of diagnostics is indicative of trends of personalized lab facilities being phased out and, corporate chains are the future. In addition, advanced personalized medicine, including genomics testing facilities, are the need of the future.
