1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

As rightly said by John Adams, “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.”

Leadership comes with responsibility. My philosophy of leadership is to inspire, convey my vision to the team that it becomes their vision to turn into the reality. Being a leader is to encourage the team, walk with the team, give a nudge where ever required, be there when they need, knows the team’s strengths and weaknesses and push them to become better each day.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Women entrepreneurs believe in a comprehensive way of seeing favorable outcomes at the point where genders no more define success. Women entrepreneurs have stepped into diverse business categories and showed their competency. I believe they are showing sign of mastery in every field from education to AI and technology. Certainly there are few segments which are still male dominated, women are stepping there too. Determination is the key, women can achieve great heights and elevate each other.

3. What solutions does OTFCoder offer?

OTFCoder is all about providing Complete Digital Solution like websites, mobile and web apps, CRM, CMS, Designing, Marketing etc. ERP (Enterprise resource planning) is our strength and have developed several softwares that has helped businesses solve complex problem and make processes simple.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

You cannot drive your passion unless you have a practical approach. Both are interdependent. Passion is what keeps you going forward and being practical helps you with the process to run the business successfully and take the right decision. When you just follow the passion, you are less likely to explore new potential areas of interest. Keeping it open-ended helps getting more exposure and space to grow.
