Born and grew up in Bhiwani (Haryana), Rajat completed his education, including his post-graduation in MBA from the Technological Institute of Textile and Science, Bhiwani, in 2016 and then started his career in Human Resources. 

Rajat holds a strong experience of more than eight years in the field of Human Resources. He is currently working as a People Business Partner and People Operations Manager – APJ in SentinelOne.  Before SentinelOne, he worked with organizations like Pearson, Wiley, and Sita. 

A very passionate professional about learning and People, Rajat believes that people are behind the magic that makes any organization successful. This led him to involve in HR Transformation, Employee Experience, Business Partnering, People Operations, Employee Engagement, and building an inclusive Culture at the workplace.

He also believes that a learning attitude is a critical factor in anyone’s success; He spends his free time learning and exploring new things through live learning from challenges he is getting in day-to-day life. Rajat is a strong supporter of giving back to the community and impacting the lives of the masses. As a part of CSR activities throughout his professional experience, Rajat has contributed to the APJ region and the donations to different NGOs. Rajat believes that education is very important and with this objective, he visits schools to teach young learners specially around cyber security. Such learning sessions in the school help students around holistic development and get ready to enter the corporate world.

Rajat recently secured a position in the 30 under 30 list by the HR Association of India. He wants to thank HRAI for this recognition, which is truly motivating. He also wants to thank his Manager, Colleagues, Mentors, family, and friends for their support and guidance in his journey. He is an open networker and love to make new connections.
