Pandemic Diaries
When emphasizing the challenges, he has faced so far in his journey as the Founder of Muscle and Strength India, Praveen asserts that it was hard for the brand to survive the quarantine day as the brand was established just before the pandemic in the year 2018. He further states, “Still we didn’t give up, we had financial challenges, but we survived & grew too. The fitness industry got mostly affected by the pandemic due to the gyms being shut down.”
A Word of Advice
When Praveen was asked to advise the budding entrepreneurs who wish to venture into the business niche, he stated, “Have patience, it takes time to grow the business, first, you may have losses then you will grow to break even then the time of profit would come. It took us also to come to the profits four years.”
