1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

Efficient Leadership is about improving skills sets of your team, managing process excellences and delighting customer expectations. We always prefer to deliver more than expected and delight all the parties involved. I like to deliver extraordinary project performances. I have done that a lot in the past. I never over promise or give fake promises to the team and clients.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

I don’t want to re-define woman entrepreneurship at all. Its a personal choice of a person. I am not a feminist but i do believe in equal opportunity. If a person, irrespective of a man or woman, wants to do something in life that is a bit different, they should be allowed to do that. Yes, in present scenario women are judged at work and at home. We also need to focus on men who need to manage lot of empowered women to not get intimidated and support the cause. Talent will always prove its metal.

Our vision is to be a global leader in what we do. We have still a lot to innovate and design solutions to suit the environment. Everything we do will have the environment and climate at its core. We want to deliver extraordinary solutions and solve basic problems of infrastructure and finance in the future.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

I am following my passion and yet being practical. You need to be practical to earn money if you are a passionate person. Passion alone does not bring success. Passion is a drive and does wakes you up every morning. Practical Approach may help you achieve the results. Ultimately what I have realised in last 23 years of experience, all businesses run on very basic business rules whatever your passion is. I have learned to balance both approaches in all these years.
