Pavithra’s journey in the HR world started when she joined AB-inBev as a management trainee. This role allowed her to work with sales teams, beer bottling plants, and corporate teams and gain exposure to various HR practices. This hands-on experience allowed Pavithra to develop a deep understanding of the HR landscape and honed her skills in business partnering.
After her successful stint with AB-inBev, Pavithra was keen to explore the talent acquisition space further and took on the role of TA lead at Philips Domestic Appliances. In this role, she was responsible for sourcing and attracting the best talent for the company and was instrumental in creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies. Her expertise in talent acquisition and her ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers made her an asset to the company.
Pavithra’s talent and experience did not go unnoticed, and she was soon offered a role as the HRBP for the e-commerce division of the Landmark Group. In this role, she was tasked with enabling HR as a pillar of delivering business strategy objectives, and she has done just that.
