Anand Jha, the Founder & Director, along with his Co-founder, Vijay Rakshe, is transforming this tech-game of the metaverse with their futuristic vision integrated towards gamification—they established as Nilee Games and Future Technologies Pvt Ltd (NGFT).
Anand Jha started a career in gaming in the year 2006. He was a flash programmer before founding NGFT and developed lots of games in the Flash era for the companies he worked for. He has sixteen years of the collective experience and strong technical knowledge and analytical skills.
According to Anand, it is not easy to run a company; it requires a lot of energy to finish all the daily tasks. That is why his daily routine involves waking up early in the morning before 5 am and meditating, which removes grey shades from his mind and gives him the clarity to move further in the right direction of the company’s and his personal goal. He got this habit from the vipassana centre, where he used to wake up at 4:30 am to meditate.
It also helped Anand build his vision to create a landmark to provide free online education access to underprivileged kids for the betterment of society.
Vijay Rakshe started his gaming career with NGFT and has been a co-founder of NGFT since 2011; his role is to oversee the day-to-day administration and operational functions of the NGFT. He has strong managerial skills to get things done with the in-house team and vendors smartly.
The Game is On
NGFT is a self-funded game development and technology company providing services across the globe. It started in the year 2011, in the name of Nilee Games. Later in 2016, it became Nilee Games and Future Technologies Private Limited. This indicates Anand, Vijay and their team’s big vision with never-ending technologies.
They have now completed eleven years within the gaming industry.
When online gaming in India had started taking new directions towards technologies like HTML5, Android and iOS back in 2011 and old technologies like FLASH were getting replaced in the online gaming domain, NGFT picked up HTML5 as its core strength and moved towards the direction of online gaming in HTML5 with the deliveries of more than 500+ HTML5 games till the year 2022 within fun, casino and educational gaming segment.
Apart from HTML5, it provides a wide range of other services like game development, multi-gaming platforms, real money gaming, e-learning app development, augmented reality, virtual reality, game zone, 3D artwork and animations. Recently NGFT started working on blockchain and NFT technologies. It has a team of best developers whose primary focus is on deliveries.
According to Anand, he and his team also focus on product development under a blockchain and skill-based real-money game segment.
In the Sports Nation
It all started back in 2009, when Facebook was at its peak, their engagement with online MMO games was excellent. Anand was continuously getting challenge invites of their games from a few of his FB friends. He saw an opportunity in that, but he didn’t have any team, so he had to wait for the right time, which he got in 2010 when he got his first project from a well-known gaming company located in the Netherlands. He worked with his office colleagues on that project and delivered ten HTML5 games within three months, beginning the Nilee Games, later founded on paper in 2011.
Facing The Challengers
Anand says that nothing is easy! Starting a company back in 2011 was very easy, but you needed funds to run the company, which they had for the initial few months. They had to face around two years of continuous struggle until they got a stable position in the market to find continued work because they had created a wide range of portfolios.
Offering Few Tricks
His advice to the aspirants who are willing to venture into Game development is sporty. Anand says that the most important thing when you want to get into game development service is to build a strong team first. And if you are getting into product development, you should have a unique product to compete with your competitors. But if you are an individual, you should first figure out what you want to do in gaming. Since gaming is enormous, you can be a programmer, game artist or game designer. They are entry-level positions. Once you are confident, you can approach any gaming company as an intern for at least one year, which will allow you to learn the process of game development and put your skills into an ongoing project. Techno-Gamers
According to Anand, “We are living in a generation where every day new developments and technologies are surprising us with innovations. When NGFT entered into AR and VR service in the year 2016, we realised that the scope of these technologies is huge.”
These technologies are not limited to entertainment only. They are now being used in every industry like agriculture, oil and gas, automobile, pharmaceutical, health care, hi-tech, entertainment and films, manufacturing, banking, retail market, e-commerce, engineering and constructions etc. These are never-ending technologies, so they at NGFT started catering their AR and VR services to the customers.
Currently, they are working with an e-commerce giant for the 3D modelling and AR segment. They are giving real-time product experience from the mobile app using augmented reality, where you can rotate the object, adjust the placement in your empty room to get a real feel and then place your order.
Recently Facebook changed their name to ‘Meta’ with the infinity logo and announced metaverse communication in 3D space. Their recent change indicates that technology-wise, there is more to come.
From 2020 real money multi-platform gaming (e-sports) created a buzz in the market. They are one of the technological changes where multi-gaming platforms are under demand within the gamers, and winning in the game gives them the confidence to earn real money while playing games.

He further added, “We are also working on a real-money multi-gaming platform for our customers as per their requirement using latest technologies. Today, businesses depend upon customer feedback and reviews, expectations of customers are getting increased day by day.”
