1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

Leader is a person who drives a company’s growth to next level, it is his vision for the company and its employees that gives the business required force, energy and fuel to go on.

I believe the ability of the leader to effectively transfer his vision to his employees is the test of his efficiency. It is impossible for any business to grow unless the entire team which includes the top level management and the ground level staff lives the same dreams and follows the same philosophy.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Woman are born entrepreneur’s, they have been weaving magic around their homes, kids and families. Now they are also weaving magic in business.

3. What are the services/solutions/products that your company provides?

Being a Chartered Accountant by profession and a passionate entrepreneur myself I bring a unique combination of macro business acumen with micro implementation strategies. I specialize in developing and executing workable and sustainable business model. Evaluating and extracting maximum potential of a product/service is one of my core skills by helping entrepreneurs in – 1. Business Strategy development & implementation 2. Virtual CFO services, 3. 4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?

We are on mission to help each entrepreneur achieve its max potential because that is the state wherein he/she is the most happy and satisfied.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

I believe there is no single answer for it as it completely depends upon case to case. But yes I believe a person is not living to its fullest unless it is following its Passion. And life becomes bliss and boon when ones passion is its Profession. Hence, I believe everyone should walk the journey of converting Passion 2 Profession, which will dilute the conflicts between passion and practical.
