1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

“My opportunity is our opportunity”, “My success is our success”; when a leader thinks, speaks & inculcates the thought process of collaboration over competition within their teams is when they are working in the direction of Effective Leadership.

When I conduct training sessions with leading corporate houses, some recurring topics are conflict management, team collaboration & effective communication, and one thing that I stress upon each time is that team members should not forget that competition is short lived, you should observe and learn from your competitor and then be creative enough to collaborate with them which can bring out team’s best strengths to play.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Women are very intuitive and they believe in building genuine relationships wherever they are. And these are the qualities which I would never bargain for anything because this is a special gift to women especially when they don many hats. I feel that today’s women entrepreneurs need to be more courageous w.r.t taking risks in business, or strong decisions and be assertive towards them. To do this, they must be able to speak up about the things that truly matter and be assertive about what they need and want from and for their team for achieving the goals of the organization. Today’s women entrepreneurs do not shy away from the hustle that comes along with entrepreneurship.

3. Tell us more about Neha Talks.

Determined to lead an environment of constant learning, ‘Neha Talks’ is an enterprise into personal coaching, training and development with leading clients in Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi.
Training at Neha Talks is designed & delivered after a thorough understanding and assessment derived from Training Need Analysis. We work our best in areas of soft skills and functional skill development aimed towards building emerging leaders.

Some of our most recognized training programs are into Conflict Management, Crisis Management, New Manager Development Program, Nuero Linguistics Programming workshops, effective communication skills & team building workshops. We would with corporate houses, educational institutions and also conduct one to one personal coaching sessions for individuals on self development.

4. What are your vision and core values?

Led by Ms. Neha Mishra with a team of senior talents who come from diverse experience of working within leadership wings of organizations over years realized a need for developing a culture within organizations that is driven by the self identified and expressed need of an individual instead of a mandatory learning attendance approach.

Hence ‘Neha Talks’ adopted a constant and continued approach towards desired sustainable change through new mediums of learning in the likes of personal coaching assignments, customized individual and group training, focused group workshops leading measurable results, practical working sessions, companionship.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

Wow! Feels nice to answer this question for myself because most of the time I am busy coaching my clients to bridge this gap between pursuing passion & paying bills.

For me, it boils down to realizing my motivation triggers, because at the end of the day my performance suffers if I am not motivated & I cannot pursue it for long.

Fortunately I am multi-directional, and the best thing I know is to balance these unique combination of talents without leaving the practicality of what they say ‘Money Talks’.

Like how Maslow’s Need Hierarchy illustrates that once the basics have been taken care of, focus on creating a plan for your life that will maximize your feeling of purpose and serve your passion. Till then, continue multi facets of your ever growing personality because why choose when you can visualize success & happiness on a higher pedestal.
