18th May 2018, Mumbai: MRSS India signed up Dr. Mridula Savitri Mishra as Research Director, Social Research Practices, Ms. Geeta Sachar as Senior Vice President, MRSS India (Head South Region) and Ms. Ruma Sengupta as Senior Vice President.
Dr. Mridula Savitri Mishra has over 15 years of experience in research and academics. She is a PhD, from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, (BITS), Pilani. She has also done a ME in Internet Technology and e-Business from the same institution. She has carried out extensive field-based research in Retail Management, Social Media and CRM. She has published a number of papers in peer reviewed national and international journals of repute.
Ruma Sengupta comes with 18 years of experience across various sectors like FMCG, Pharma, OTC and Films. She has worked in Marketing as well as MR hence familiar with both sides. Ability to draw actionable insights is her core strength. She has worked with UB, Ranbaxy in Marketing and in MR managed big international accounts such as ULL, SAB-Miller, PEPSI, GSK to name a few.
Ms. Geeta Sachar is an astute marketing professional with over 24 years of rich experience in consumer insights, branding strategies and operations across all consumer categories and across geographies worldwide. Working in Strategic advisory positions in Boards has devised strategies to maintain brand leadership, brand positioning, brand sustainability. Her multilingual capabilities have helped penetrate to the grassroots in obtaining ground level realistic consumer insights to create effective and pragmatic consumer centric mitigation strategies.
