I am Mohar V, the CEO and Co-Founder of TECHVED Consulting. I am a business evangelist with more than two decades of experience in transforming businesses digitally and have immense knowledge of the digital world. With my vision, I have made TECHVED what it is today, a global digital transformation powerhouse. I believe in delivering world class solutions to brands and also believe that digital advancements are of utmost importance for businesses to always stay on top and also ahead of their competitors. I try to act as the spine of TECHVED and I am also a digital visionary whose goal is to digitally empower businesses to make new breakthroughs in their industry. I am a yoga practitioner and also teach yoga to young people. I am inclined towards inner peace and believe that spiritual connect is a mandate to run any successful business.

My business partner and the Co-Founder of TECHVED Consulting Neha Modgil, inspires me the most. We undertook this journey and founded TECHVED Consulting together and here we are stronger than ever before. She is somebody I look up to with utmost respect and she is definitely the driving force. She also heads the design team and with her extensive knowledge in the digital arena she always exceeds client expectations. She is focused, determined, and has a vision for the company, which is why I feel that she is my role model and she is somebody who definitely inspires me like no other.
Q5. What were the challenges you came across when you started a business for the first time?
I strongly believe that challenges are a part of life. It is important to face your challenges to overcome them. Likewise, we faced a lot of challenges when we founded TECHVED Consulting, mainly because the digital arena was yet not explored in the country. Being the pioneer and introducing the concept of customer experience, digital transformation came with its own set of drawbacks as it was an unexplored sector. A few main challenges were making people understand the power and strength of digital. Educating people about the concept of digital transformation and superior customer experience was another major challenge.
Q6. How the adaptation of new technology in the respective industry you are catering to has helped transforming your company’s operations and what more could be expected in the future?
So to begin with, we cater to all industries and domains. Whether it is the BFSI, travel, entertainment, hospitality, media, etc., our clientele comprises of them all. Our clientele also has a list of Fortune 500 companies which means that operationally TECHVED as a brand is exceeding its own benchmarks year after year. We are spreading more and more awareness about the benefits of digitally transforming businesses and are making more businesses less hesitant to enter the digital world. We have stepped foot in futuristic technologies like Humanized AI Chatbot, AR, VR, and a lot more and with time we only plan to excel take TECHVED to greater heights as always.
Q7. How has the ongoing pandemic affected the operations of your company? How are you driving your firm to sustain its operations and ensuring safety of your employees at the same time?
Nobody has ever witnessed such a situation before. It was a hit for all of us, however, if you closely introspect, you will realize that the only thing that helped everyone, and in some way, saved people socially and economically is the word DIGITAL. We, being a digital transformation powerhouse, were not drastically affected as we are always technologically updated. In fact, we helped businesses harness the power of going digital and smoothly functioning their operations too. We are an employee centric organization, and our priority is the safety of our employees and their family.
Q8. What would be your advice to the budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the business world?
The four pillars of being a successful entrepreneur according to me are Focus, Determination, Dedication, and Hard Work. Focus on the end goal and stay determined to achieve your goals no matter what you face. The secret to success is never giving up no matter how difficult the situation gets. Dedication is nothing but your sheer will to achieve what you believe in. It is also a very crucial fact in climbing the success ladder. And lastly, hard work, yes hard work combined with intelligence and skills is sure to pay off a reward you never even expected. Have your agenda set, build the right team, and never look behind is my success mantra!
