Vaccine against Covid-19 has been launched at Shree Krishna Hospital, Karamsad by State Health Minister Shri Yogesh Patel. Nearly 100 health workers took the benefit. On this occasion District Development Officer Shri Ashish Kumar, Mahamanrti BJP Shri Mayur Suthar, Karamsad Nagarpalika President & Vice President Shri Nileshbhai Patel and Smt. Krutikaben Patel, Chairman Charutar Arogya Mandal Shri Atul Patel, Hon. Secretary Shri Jagrut Bhatt, CEO Shri Sandeep desai were present.
Shri Yogesh Patel said, under the Prime Minsiter Shri Narendra Modi’s guidelines nearly 3006 vaccine booth has been started Nationwide. On the first phase 1 crore health workers, 2 crore frontline workers and 27 crore people over 50 would be vaccinated. This is the world’s largest vaccination drive. This vaccination drive will help to fight against Covid-19.
Head of Paediatric Dept. Dr. Somshekhar Nimbalkar who took the first vaccine shot. He said the process of vaccine is very smooth. As a paediatrician we give vaccine to the children and we are aware of the benefit of the vaccine. Vaccine is very useful to fight against the diseases.
