Ma’am, please tell us about the saga of Rooh Silhouettes, since its inception.

I identified my passion for textiles and established this venture in 2018, in Indore city (M.P). Someone like me who has a background in the textile industry, I have it in my blood and the firm has my soul.  Being the fourth generation in this field, the importance of quality products is my drive to build an era of my own.

What was your inspiration behind venturing into the business arena?

Once, while wandering around the streets, I realised that there is a major need for updated fashion in the city. The city doesn’t have designer fabrics, the latest and trending styles. All that is found in the market is a mixed bag of numerous patterns with typical repetitions. The lack of updated fashion sense made me come up with this venture – the passion to make statement fabrics easily accessible and at good prices.

What were the initial challenges that you had to surmount to ensure Rooh Silhouttes’s success rate to reach greater heights?

In the generation of ready-made garments and fast fashion, it took me a while through my efforts to make clients realise what is the value of a special customised designer outfit. What grace it brings along and a handsome amount on marketing our products.

The market is flooded with a huge variety of mixed-up patterns which are common and typical. When it comes to occasions like weddings, corporate events, and social meetings where looking special is important, then you need to have something unique, classy and rich too. My objective is to bring offer rich classic and ethnic traditional styles to the customers that offer them exactly what they are looking for.

What professional values and qualities do you think your clients value in you and Rooh Silhouettes the most?

With the core aim of providing the best quality products and giving the highest importance to customer satisfaction, the firm started to cut-down channels between manufacturers and consumers. We provide a complete value of the product to the customers. We also help them understand various styles and patterns and also suggest to them what could suit their need for the occasion.

Clients look us up for our dedication to each one of them personally, to every customised outfit and to every detailing. Also, the response rate (online and offline) on the queries and fittings, and other after-sales regarding issues is fantabulous. I have taken a personal interest in ensuring that each client is attended to or responded to for their requirements promptly.
