  1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

I feel a leader is someone who can address every business aspect on the face value. She/he has to be fierce and bold. No bullshit. To the point. And at the same time, leader has to be empathetic as well. When you blend fierceness with empathy you have a recipe for a magnificent leadership.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

For me, the fastest way to redefine woman entrepreneurship is by instilling an unshakable and indestructible confidence in woman. Everyone knows, entrepreneurship is no child’s play. The journey is hard and rough and to tackle the same you have to develop a thick skin. And confidence is the way forward.

  1. What are your organization’s vision and core values?

Vision – Our vision is to Revolutionize woman’s lives by making them business ready.

Values – We believe in providing ultimate services for individuals in developing their mental growth. We enhance their confidence and help them in reaching their highest potential.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

Being passionate means chasing your dreams and being practical means counting the steps. We have to be practically passionate in what we do. Because either you’re moving towards your goal or just drifting away from it. But if I ever have to choose only one, I will choose passion over practicality. Because, passion is fuel we need to move on, without that we just feel we are going somewhere but we aren’t in actuality.
