Mahindra unveiled the XUV700, a little SUV designed to replace the aging XUV500, as well as the brand’s new logo and identity. The new model is available in India for an affordable price starting at 1,199,000 rupees ($16,168). Hyundai Alcazar, Tata Safari, and MG Hector Plus are among the local rivals.
The XUV700 is the first car to sport Mahindra’s new Twin Peaks emblem, which will be used on all passenger vehicles going forward. The lighting characteristic at the front has developed from its predecessor, with the C-shaped LED lights blending with the new grille.
The profile is also cleaner, with flat door handles and a more contoured rear end with an integrated roof spoiler.
