Lina is elated to be a part of the 30 under 30 list by HRAI. Honoured to be able to get featured alongside many talented and inspiring professionals. She wants to thank her organization, Manager and family. For their continued support throughout her professional journey.
She is currently working at TIAA GBS as an Associate. She works on real estate projects. Her responsibilities include analyzing the data sent by the real estate manager. She is working on Alteryx and tableau for the same. She joined TIAA as an analyst. She was working in the customer service department. She worked in the customer service department for two years. She was working in the indexing team. Her job was to collect the participant-related information and check it thoroughly. Then she moved into the finance project, where she got promoted.
Before joining TIAA GBS, Lina worked as an analyst at AllState (Insurance sector). There she worked in the subrogation department. Her job was to match the amount that was reported in the accident.
Lina is a purpose-driven individual. She likes working in a challenging environment. That way, she can learn and grow personally and professionally.
To conclude, being named in the “30 under 30” list by HRAI is a great achievement for her. This motivates her to work harder, be smarter and be the best version of herself.
