Facilitating a holistic approach towards learning is of paramount importance, as it helps in children’s overall growth. One such institution with its key personality focusing on the similar notions mentioned above is I-Empower Learning, Ramagya Group.

Rabiah Bhatia is a Curriculum Designer,  a facilitator for education and has recorded contributions in many educational endeavors. She plays the role of being an Independent HR & PR Facilitator plus a Mentor at I-Empower. The below interview with Rabiah informs us how she and her team at I-Empower are changing the educational paradigm in India for the better.

What is your vision behind your start-up? Tell us how the idea came about.

My vision is to help the students to understand the actual Goal of Education, understand Compassion, Gratitude and how to create harmonious relationships.

To help the teachers in promoting kindness and treasure each & every child as well as create bonding between student and teacher. To adapt a Humanitarian approach to education.

To help parents in having a strong bond with their child and not to compare one child with any other.

To help the schools in growing, in terms of their Image, Branding, and growth for the students.

What services/products/solutions do you offer?

PR, Curriculum for Schools and NGOs, Hiring for Education Sector as well as HR Policy Formation.

What were the challenges you came across during the inception of your start-up?

The only challenge I came across was to make the Schools, Students, and Teachers understand the importance of Compassion and Kindness and peace.

Is your company bootstrapped or have you received funding or do you plan on approaching investors?

NO

As the founder/CEO, what is your opinion on the current landscape of startup culture in India?

The startups mostly suffer because of the shortage of funds.

According to you, how important is it to be updated with technology as per your industry sector?

It is very important as, without Technology, we can’t be linked to our Schools, NGOs. Technology helps us to keep ourselves updated on any new advancement in the market around the Globe.

How do you strategize on scaling your company in the future?

Once I increase my earnings, I will create more employment opportunities for the under-privileged as poverty is a huge concern in the country.
