1. Brief us about your company. What kind of Lift & Elevator Solutions/Services/Products are offered by your company at par with the current industry standards? Hydro Fabs is a 2year old company based in Bangalore,

Ans: We manufacture, export and supply a broad range of Hydraulic Lifts. Ever since our inception in the year 1995, the company has grown consistently and today we are a 3 million dollar enterprise. Our hydraulic lifts are suitable for all types of heavy material handling requirements.

Our company keeps pace with the latest technology and world-class infrastructure. We are constantly looking at expanding our production facility in order to cater to the growing demands of the domestic as well as international market. Currently, our production facility is spread across an area of 40,000 square feet. We follow stringent quality control measures at every stage of production. Our entire production unit is divided into various departments and is managed by a team of 100 plus employees. We have departments like administration, marketing, purchase, production, accounts, human resource, and after-sales service.

Our lifts are used in automobile showrooms, garages, food processing industries, hotels, hospitals, parking systems, and logistics.

2) Brief us about the featured person(s) or the company’s Founder/CEO.

Ans: In 1995, two partners met with a vision of making cargo transportation simple and efficient, that’s how Hydro Fabs was born. Twenty-Five years later, we are still driven by the most exacting standards, constantly encouraging our designers to challenge the constraints of the modern world and produce ideas that others would deem impossible. It is this drive and devotion that has led Hydro Fabs to be widely acknowledged as ‘The Best Cargo Lift Manufactures’

The promoters are from a very humble background. Around 30 years ago, they themselves worked day and night and used hammer and chisel to cut steel. They understand the problems faced by different business organizations, hence you can depend on them for quality product and swift after-sales service.

3) Describe the current scenario of the Lift & Elevator Solution Industry, in your opinion.

Ans: The current scenario of Lifts and Elevators with reference to specifically the ones that are made for goods transportation seem to be at an all-time high. Since India is a rapidly developing country, there seems to be no horizontal space for builders and architects to design factories, showrooms, industries, etc. The only choice left for people is to have more vertical space and that’s where we come into the picture. We provide solutions for transporting goods from one floor to the other with no restriction in terms of size, height, capacity, and safety. And we also provide complete customized solutions so we can cater to the masses and produce equipment suitable specifically for a client.

4) What motivated you to become a Lift & Elevator Solution Provider?

Ans: The inspiration to become a Lift & Elevator Solution provider comes from our past when we used to be small manufactures of trolleys and the other small material handling equipment. We decided to do research on the then market situation (1994-95), and we found that there were no local manufacturers providing customized lifting solutions. That’s when we did our study and now we are driven by our mission that is – “To manufacture the best quality lifting solution and provide uncompromised service and to simplify the material handling process for our clients.”

5) Which strategies do you follow to remain competitive with continuously evolving technologies and trends? How are you shaping the company to stay unique?

Ans: We have a highly proficient and adept R&D department that constantly updates any new technology that comes into the scenario and provides training to our employees regarding the same. We also take part in various exhibitions which help us to increase our knowledge about the new technologies and trends that come into the market. The only recipe for staying relevant and competent in this highly competitive market is to provide high quality and give uncompromised service, and we follow both of these religiously. We are and will always remain unique because no two of our products are the same. The amount of customization we can offer is incomparable and it will always keep us one step ahead of our competitors.

6) Where is your company going? What benefit your customers are getting from your company in this competitive world?

Ans: Our company is always looking to expand both physically and technologically. We are constantly looking at expanding our production facility in order to cater to the growing demands of the domestic as well as international market.

Our company has always had a client-centric approach, our customers know that if they need something customized and reliable they can depend on us. Certain equipment that we have made is 1st to the market and we are constantly updating ourselves to find better ways to utilize space and help our clients be more efficient in terms of material handling. We help our customers find solutions when most people would deem it impossible.

Ans: We as a company have always had the thought of growing with our clients, we provide solutions to make your process more efficient and at the same time you help us grow.
