That is when Khushwant promised himself that he would never look behind and do something in his life. From childhood, he had leadership and entrepreneur skills. So, he used these skills and started his own IT Company, ‘HFE Technologies Private Limited,’ in his tiny one-bedroom flat on 14 December 2011. Soon, he started his second company, HFE Immigration Pvt Ltd. Now, ten years are completed to these firms with hard work, and it has achieved many appreciations and awards.

We know very well that most affected business due to covid were hotel industries, aviation, tour, and travel and of course immigration,” says Rana.
Rana didn’t know whether he would survive or not, but his faith in God kept him working. He spent all of his savings on his team members and staff to help them. The team started working again, hoping everything would be normalised soon. Many of his knowns told him that he should close the office at least for one year and reopen it after the pandemic. But Khushwant knew very well that trust he built once, must be maintained.

“Counselling is essential in this field. And never work as an agent. I don’t know why people call us agents. We are not agents. We are career counsellors.
