Mr Abhishek Garodia, the Managing Director, is looking after the gamut of the business operations spread into Realty, Education and Hospitality sector.
With sheer determination & hard-work, Mr Abhishek has not only risen to the occasion of fulfilling his duties in the diversified roles above, but, has also taken the above concerns on an upward trajectory, particularly, the Realty sector, since his induction by giving it a whole new facelift in the form of Girivan Experience – A marquee of the Group.

Overcoming Adversities
“The challenges are multifold in this industry, right from bureaucracy to limitation of availability of land, irregular funding and reductions in profit margins, despite the huge capital investment & risk factors involved are huge,” says Mr Abhishek.
“To combat these I have worked on a slightly cautious model, not to over commit and ensured to deliver projects as per time-lines and quality promised. There being a huge liquidity crisis & changes in government policies, especially with regards to the taxation like high service tax, introduction of GST etc. without increasing any lucrative opportunities, have been a huge setback too. However, keeping some contingencies in mind and being proactive with a more long-term approach is the way forward in these testing times,” he adds.
Mr. Abhishek also expressed that the Group is trying to make collective representations to the respective authorities to ensure that they understand the huge loss of revenue and development due to these issues and look into the survival of this industry.
Even when Garodia Group is striving meticulously to tackle these challenges, Mr. Abhishek is hopeful for the future of the construction industry. When asked what advancements or changes he expects in the near future, he said, “The future of the industry lies in using technology & Green buildings. Affordable housing is also the need of the hour. For example, companies like Tesla are making roof tiles which look like tiles but also work as solar panels, so even if the initial cost of the project is high, the eventual cost of living will be lowered to a large extent. Catering to the best services in Security & Facility management and adopting best international standards and have a healthy mix of premium and value-for-money products to satisfy the connoisseur and the commoner alike will be the norms of the future.”
