Referring to Bengaluru, the city’s residential sector, which experienced significant improvement in property sales and enquiries during the Q1 of 2021 was subdued in Q2 due to the second wave of Covid-19 but is expected to witness demand momentum in Q3 backed by rising end user demand particularly for mid-segment projects.

This has led to calls for changes in systems and regulations for just about every industry, especially multifamily housing.
