Pune, December 28, 2020: Pune based, ISO certified skill and career academy Blend Infotech has launched a unique ISA (Income share Agreement) based ‘Pay after Placement’ for all aspirants enrolling to its courses. This opens up a lot of doors for harnessing the right kind of talent which was until now not able to afford the course fees and hence could not pursue them. The income sharing agreement is a way of ensuring that the course fee gets paid only when the aspirants are placed on jobs based on the course they pursue. This one of its kind model takes away the pressure from the students / job aspirants head about having to spend for costly courses or depend on support from family to pursue them.
Blend Infotech expects to enroll, train and provide placement to more than 10000 aspirants through this model which has already seen a huge success since its launch.
