1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?
Effective leadership is about believing in what one is doing. Good leaders don’t and will never say, “it’s just a job,” or “I just work here.” They care about what they do, they care about the organization, and they care about the people they lead and work with.
2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?
When women entrepreneurs have the support and opportunities to thrive, the future is transformed. Businesses flourish. Communities prosper. Economies grow. Attitudes shift. For every woman who has discovered the power of being an entrepreneur, so many more are held back: excluded from the knowledge, skills and self-belief an entrepreneur needs, doubted by those around them, or prevented from accessing the credit or resources a business depends on to succeed.

We provide physical as well as mental health consultation to women.
4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?
Our vision is Women Health.
It’s better to be healthy than getting sick
New young generation women need more mental as well as physical stability as they are multi tasking personalities (super women) now a days.
5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?
I will choose passion because, being human in nature, we can be practical all the time but yes our passion can bring us success.
