1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

Leader needs to understand the employees fit within the culture and use that awareness to drive positive changes. Efficient Leaders have a powerful influence on an organization’s culture & their employees.
leaders shape the culture in their words and actions every day. These actions then gain momentum through structures and policies to shape how employees operate.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

“Women are born multi-taskers with tremendous potential. Due to the pressures of family and professional life, we sometimes tend to lose track of our authentic selves. My own journey has taught me that giving women a platform to showcase their talent is a powerful way to instil them with confidence and leadership skills and this in turn will create a generation of inspiring female role models”

3. What are the services/solutions/products that your company provides?

IRIS EVENTS -designing and organizing highly professional, innovative and interactive for the past 20 years.

IRIS GLAM is the first program in India which integrates comprehensive training for the glamour industry alongside personality development and communication skills in a fully integrated holistic curriculum with dance, make up, styling, communication skills, personality development, personal branding, nutrition, fitness ramp walking etc.

4. What are your organization’s vision and core values?

Mission: To identify, train, nurture and mentor individuals with the objective of equipping them with all the attributes necessary to make successful careers in Modelling/Entertainment.

Vision: To create an entirely new paradigm with never before seen levels of professionalism aimed at simplifying and demystifying the business of Model Management.

5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

Passion itself is when you find something that will develop you to be a ‘better you’ and also give you an excitement when doing your job so you will complain less during the process.While pursuing my Passion i cant be practical always. For example all projects we undertake may not give us the profit and we might end up break even .we have sustained in the inductry for the past 20 years because of my passion for my profession.
