Cult Fit, a Mukesh Bansal-led fitness center chain has acquired the majority stakes in F2 Fun and Fitness, thus making it a master franchise partner for Gold’s Gym in India.
Cult Fit in its statement said that “it will invest in increasing revenues from the current Gold Gym’s centers, and facilitating center expansion via franchisees in coming years.”
Gold’s Gym is the second largest fitness brand in India. It has 140 centers in 90 cities. Cult fit will modernize the existing Gold’s Gym centers with the latest technology and customer app.
Cult Fit is also looking to increase its brand’s operations across geographies such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Nepal, and Bhutan.
