Keeping this mantra in mind, Mr. B Rajesh Nair, made his foray into business and founded Convenient Construction Consultancy in 2011 with a thrive to challenge the status quo. Mr. Nair is also serving as the Chairman and Managing Director of the companies under Convenient Flagship, i.e. Convenient Construction Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., Convenient Hospitality Services Pvt. Ltd. (CHSPL), Convenient Reality Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (CRSPL), and Convenient Shopping Pvt. Ltd. (CSPL).
Mr. Nair is a renowned person in the consulting arena with his iron will to service the new developers who are setting up their Real Estate vertical, and put systems in place in accordance with the superior industry practices and soothes the complexities in Real Estate Operations. He is a go-getter businessman who stands out from the crowd and has already engraved his presence in the industry.
Mr. Nair has led great projects from concept till handover, across a wide spectrum of sectors like Residential Condos, Hospitality, Health Care, Retail, Commercials and IT Parks. His outstanding knowledge in Financial Planning & Budgeting and Procurement & Client Relationship Management mingled with Modern Techniques and Critical Analysis has helped him achieve all the targets under stringent time schedules with effective cost controls.
Mr. Nair is a qualified Civil Engineer from REC (NIT), Bhopal and holds PGD in Personnel Management. His vast experience, spanning over more than two decades of time period is eventful and everything is punctuated by many twists and turns. Hitherto, his impeccable zeal and zest to perform enabled him cross the thorns and stones in the way and opened a gargantuan world of feat.
His achievements include, but not limited to, “The Most Enterprising CEO of the Year” by Asian Real Estate Leadership Award in Dubai, he became the finalist of “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2014,” and lot more. Moreover, Mr. Nair is an active life member of All India Management Association, Indore Management Association, PMI (International), International Association of Amusement Parks (IAAPA), Indian Concrete Institute, Indian Institute of Bridge Engineers, Fellow Institute of Valuers, Life Member Institution of Engineers.

- What is Convenient’s Raison D’etre? And what is the key Philosophy of the company?
From concept creation to pre-construction and to project closeout, Convenient’s team of architects, designers and engineers provide proactive solutions for every construction project. The development of a positive culture is our key philosophy, which enables us to ensure that projects are completed on time, with quality and within budgeted cost.
We serve a wide spectrum of industries and construction projects countrywide and globally which includes simplifying complex problems to help our clients build the projects successfully. As a multi-disciplined Engineering Consulting firm, we work for a variety of projects in the Construction Industry and we are committed to deliver excellence to our clients by maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity and Cost Controls.

Mr. Inder Arora, a B. Tech. graduate in Civil Engineering from REC (NIT), Kurukshetra has over two decades of rich experience in Project execution involving Co-ordination & Execution of civil projects, Construction of Commercial, Residential Buildings, Office building, Golf course, Club and infrastructure projects (Highways, Runways & Telecom). Beforehand Mr. Arora has worked with companies like EWDL, MVL, Golden Greens Golf & Resorts Ltd., Bharti DuralineBiotique, SPL Industries Ltd and Oriental Structural Engineers Ltd. He has completed more than 8 million sq. ft. of civil structures including auto, cosmetic, and textile industries, residential and commercial buildings etc.
Mr. Sunil Malhotra, B. E. (Mechanical), S.G.S.I.T.S., Indore, the 30 years experienced perfectionist excels in design, consultancy and Turnkey execution of core field HVAC projects and other MEP projects, trouble shooting of MEP works. He has also worked with Companies like EWDL, Batliboi and Company, and Utility Engineers. He is a life member of ISHRAE
Mr.Nitin Bhale, holds B. E. in Electronics from SGSITS, Indore, Post Graduate Diploma (telecommunication) Helsinki, and Finland Certified Course in interior and exterior lighting Design, Mumbai. His 25 years of splendid experience in design, consultancy and execution of electrical works took him to the zenith of excellence. He is currently involved in the development of high voltage damping resistor for EHV testing of power distribution equipment and also working on new high efficiency Module development for Solar Energy.
Mrs. Sapna Nair, the lady icon of Convenient Group is a growth-minded Civil Engineer with vast experience in execution of high-rise commercial towers, residential townships, hotels and resorts. Mrs. Sapna has worked with various construction companies as a Senior Civil Engineer. She is one of the promoters, who proficiently guides the company with all HR activities and Administration, and Finance matters keeping a keen watch over the human asset attrition very common in every sector.
- What is the Business Model of Convenient?
We are “Turnkey Service Consultants” providing complete solutions to Structural engineering services, MEP design services including lighting consultancy, and complete Project Management services (From Project ideation to hand over). We are currently providing services all over the country with major operations in MP, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, West Bengal and Orissa with branch offices located in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Mumbai. We are planning to open an office in Eastern part of the Country too.
We focus on all sectors of Hospitality industry, IT parks, Mega Townships, Golf developments, Hospitals, Shopping Malls, Warehousing projects, Commercial spaces, Residential Condominiums, Sports complex, Institutions. Our operational highlights include:

Advice to Young Entrepreneurs by Mr. Nair
The most exhilarating experience is starting your own venture. As the vast majority of successful businesses, corporations and entities were at one time a start-up. For start-ups what is really important is to take as much as feedbacks as you can, it makes a business stronger. They should love their business and hire people, who will work not as an employee but as owners.
Following their cravings; learning first-hand from various viewpoints of the industry, and then finding a unique way to do something better should be their motive. They should encourage them against all odds stacked at one side and their business idea should always be backed by a good planning & implementation.
As today’s age is of rapid change, so they must focus on future plans along with the present execution while maintaining a thumb rule for planning: Overestimate the expenses/Underestimate the Income and not giving discount rather they should add value to their business.
