Insights Success team approached her for its edition of India’s 40 under 40 Brightest Business Leaders. She reminisced her story of initiating VISTA VISADO, her inspirations, earlier struggles, present accomplishments and future plans.

Ma’am, please tell us about the saga of VISTA VISADO since its inception.

Vista Visado has always been a firm of ‘To the people and For the people.’ After the launch, it was not a great success, and it was not easy to be. But our clients who trusted us with our work helped us boost our firm and stand a storm in the world of immigration.

Vista is just not a company but a fruit of the hard work of my very productive and loyal colleagues and supporters. Since it started in 2019, it has been through many ups and downs, but it’s a very successful and beautiful journey with each day learning a new thing. We are blessed to connect with immigrants as family and will try and focus on building more healthy and valuable relations with our clients ahead.

What was your inspiration behind venturing into the business arena?

This is my favourite question; I just love this part of my life. When you have decided on your goals, you work for them, or you plan how to make your goal a success. I was completely unaware of where I wanted to be and what I wanted to do in future.

During my very early age as a teen, I was aware that I just needed to complete my studies–graduation–and would get married, and life would be fantastic, you know, like a fairy tale.

So gradually, after completing it, I moved to Ludhiana, Punjab, because of my family’s wish. Which I think now was the best decision made by them for me. While travelling interstate, exploring and enjoying things to the fullest, I realised that travelling might be my career ahead.

I gave interviews in many companies, but in Punjab, the mentality is that you aren’t suitable to work in Punjab if you are not Punjabi. I was rejected more than 40 to 60 times in my interviews just because I was a Maharashtrian and not Punjabi. My experience was horrible, but as we say, not all five fingers of our hands are the same, and so are the people.

Luckily, I got someone who helped me find a job in the immigration industry.  Everything seemed to be great going until one day when a story from my client’s mother touched me emotionally. It moved all my concentration on the solution to the issues and problems faced by immigrants. The client’s situation was that he processed his file and got rejected. His mother used to be a housemaid. So, managing the processing amount in lakh was impossible for them.

I realized that these immigration consulting companies were dwindling these hopeful people of their hard-earned money and leaving them rejected, dejected and teary-eyed at the end of the day.  It stirred my soul to the core. The intensity of that compassion was so strong that I carefully studied the industry, the process, and everything to the last minute detail.

My solution for all the genuine cases of aspiring immigrants is VISTA VISADO, where our client’s trust is our backbone and all the power we derive from their belief in us. Those teary-eyed people were my biggest inspiration. They spoke millions of words through those dreamy eyes without uttering a word from their lips. That was the day when God decided my path and prepared me to help these people.

What were the initial challenges you surmounted to ensure VISTA VISADO’s success rate to reach greater heights?

As I said earlier, it wasn’t easy going or making it to the heights we are today. I had to face my family in starting the firm, which was against my business. They were like, you should choose a government job or join politics which was never my thing.

Talking about the market, building your own brand’s mark was quite the most challenging task. Because there were already established firms in the market that were very impressive and great going, to set a benchmark on that was a bit harder but not impossible.

Steadily we kept working, and hard work paid off; we were successfully established with the trust of our clients and our entire client-centric process.

What professional values and qualities do you think your clients value in you and your company the most?

The primary thing they value is the correct and proper counselling provided to them on time. They do not have to pay any extra or hidden charges. Since they can put their queries at any time and get resolution instantly from us, they feel most profitable and comfortable.

When you are transparent with customers, it is the most vital relationship you build and improve upon your qualities. We never believed in quantity; we always kept our core qualities–truth, transparency and accuracy–intact. The customer is more than Almighty God to us; they are our family for whom we care and provide the best of best services.

What USPs highlight your VISTA VISADO’s uniqueness in the industry you cater to?

The biggest USP that highlights our company is that we consider customer requirements a priority.

We work on the solution the customers are looking for and fulfil their essential to advanced requirements. And overall, we are entirely transparent to our customers, which is very rarely seen in this industry.

Our motto–we don’t work for money; we believe in building a healthy relationship with our customers–is aptly reflected in our slogan, logo, vision statement and everything we do.

This way, our customers’ faith in us has made VISTA VISADO a leader in the immigration industry. It also allows us to make a mark with our unique stamp of a firm.

As an experienced professional, what would you like to advise budding aspirants willing to enter the business world?

It’s great when you see growing buds working. But before entering into any business or venture, you should have complete knowledge and backup.

Because in business, you just do not invest capital or assets; you invest energy, time and, most likely, your dreams. You should first study and have proper knowledge of whatever you do or invest in. We wish luck and success to every growing bud.

How do you envision VISTA VISADO’s operations with the emerging technologies and automated tools revolutionizing the business world by enabling innovations?

Technology, no doubt, has helped businesses a lot in many ways and very effectively.

Today, everyone can easily and quickly update themselves with the latest business and tech world trends compared to earlier times. Digital applications and various software have made it achievable for the service providers like us to remain strong in our aim.

The impact is also without any interference in our day-to-day operational procedures. The positive influence is making our processes as smooth and seamless for the customers as possible.
