1. What is your philosophy of efficient leadership in a corporate setting?

Philosophy is a part of our everyday experiences about what we think consciously whereas leadership acts as a guiding principle for behaviour. According to me, leadership means having a vision to which team moves forward to its crucial achievement not by bossing or intimidating the team members by his/her vision but by motivating and inspiring them in order to achieve the desired goals.

2. Given the chance, how would you redefine woman entrepreneurship?

Entrepreneurship is the activity of setting up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of earning profits and it has to do nothing with gender, it totally depends on a person’s ability and business acumen. The work should speak for itself not the gender of the entrepreneur. Women Entrepreneurship refers to a business environment which is independently owned, controlled and directed under the supervision of a woman from its scratch level to its significant stage not only by gathering and monitoring the resources required for running it but also by undertaking overall financial as well as business risk. When women as an entrepreneur holding the position of decision makers tend to have positive outlooks of the situations and embrace the organisation with full force, excellence, energy and enthusiasm as they have this inherent skills set.

3. Tell us more about your firm.

We provide one roof solutions by advising on Startup of companies with formation guidance and getting various registration number under different Acts. Our Firm specialises in providing E solutions like E- filing of Income Tax, GST, TDS and ROC Returns up to final Scrutiny Assessment.
We provide Book Keeping services on site and off site along with Finalization of accounts.
We carry out various type of Audits – Statutory Audit of Banks, Co Operative Housing Society, Private and Public Limited Companies, VAT Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit and GST Audit. We impart Corporate Training on effective use of office automisation tools for instance Tally.ERP9.

Approach of the firm is to make efforts in the direction of maintaining controls over key risk areas related to different organizations of different Industries and to provide cost effective services. 5. What would you choose between following your passion and being practical? Why?

Life is a marathon and not a sprint. To achieve our goals and pursue our dreams one should practically follow it and that will turn ones dreams into a reality. In my life I have had always followed my curiosity and it is one of the practical way to find your passion as practicality and being passionate are closely tied knots.
