- What are the challenges you and your team come across in your day-to-day operations?
There are many challenges faced by our organization in day-to-day operations. Some of them are as below.
- Interpretation of Law: – The small to big organizations need in-depth compliance support and m a n y t i m e s t h e i n t e r p r e t a t i o n o f law/circulars/notifications is not done correctly by the organizations. This makes them face difficulties in long run. We need to explain many a times on this topic till the client is trained.
- Shortcuts- It’s a human tendency to take shortcuts but as there is a saying in English “All that glitters is not gold”, it simply means taking shortcuts in terms of compliance make the client to get trapped. We have to carefully see on day-to-day basis the client does not suffer because of such shortcuts. This can be eliminated with the clarity and smooth dialogue and execution.
- Taking into consideration, the current pandemic, and its impact on global economies, how are you driving your organization to sustain operations and ensuring safety of your employees at the same time?
We are in statutory compliance. This is done with the help of IT Revolutionary techniques from past many years. Ideally, pandemic is the worst situation the world is facing and has deep impact on many business models especially on construction, travel, vehicles etc. Whereas, we have managed it with the help of following government norms
like sanitization, using mask etc.
Due to technology and digital India movement lead by the Government, we could do deliverables on time by adopting techniques like work from home and using various software’s like Any Desk, Team Viewer, Zoom Meetings etc. We will continue doing this till the things are on track as far as rest of the world is concerned.
Rather, I would put it in other words the pandemic has taught all of us to become more disciplined and I could see a positive change in our client’s approach as far as compliance is concerned. This is nothing but blessings in disguise.
- What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs who aspire to venture into the technology and innovation space?
I see many entrepreneurs cribbing on the current situation. I suggest, stop cribbing on the situation and start bringing the positive change with the help of technology or innovation. The more you focus on these two the more you are going to get the profits in future. If you have fire in your belly you can surely come out from the worst situations, no need to worry.
- Where do you envision your organization to be in the long run and what are your future goals?
I believe many organizations can get benefitted out of our services in future. Adoption of e-commerce technique will help us to reach many and will help them to have more peace in terms of deliverables. Similarly, it will help us to grow vertically and horizontally.
