Bodhtree Consulting Limited, the IT Consulting and software service provider, recently announced that they are entering a strategic partnership with Infosys so as to develop the Application Service Provider (ASP). This is to let the clients of the Infosys to have an option to utilize GSP platform of Bodhtree for filling up their GST.

It has informed that ASPs will focus highly on taking the taxpayers’ raw data on sales and purchases. It will be then further converted into GST compliant returns and these GST returns will be later filed on behalf of the filer with Goods and Service Tax Network (GSTN) via Bodhtree as GSP. It clearly states that ASPs will only be acting as a media between the taxpayers and GSPs.
Bodhtree Consulting Limited broke the silence by commenting on the matter. They said in a statement that the size of the project could be over Rs 200 crore and they are working towards realizing these revenues in the next three years. This will take care of their clients’ complete needs under GST.”
