The heart and soul of AxleWeb is none other than Mr. Anshul Srivastava, the Founder and CEO of the company. He is passionate software developer with more than 11 years of industry experience. Overcoming Challenges Confidently
Sharing about his journey, Mr. Anshul states, “I have faced a few challenges. When I was running my first startup, the decision to leave it midway and pursue the onsite opportunity in London was a difficult decision. It even caused our startup to fail. This is when I learnt about advanced website development, mobile app development, AR, and VR, chatbots, Alexa and more. But the learning from that experience was so great that it helped me build my new startup from the ground up with solid foundations.”
Mr. Anshul further opines, “I have learned basics of how to hire great team members. How to get work done from a team and how to create a product. I have learned how to create and host websites and mobile apps and most importantly how to sell.”
This helped Mr. Anshul when he solely started his second start-up, AxleWeb Technologies. With all the experience, he knew how to hire the right team members. Accordingly, he had prepared for it even before he incorporated the company. Mr. Anshul had already gained clients across the world through his freelancing business. “I had some experience of managing finances and also, I was sort of prepared for the upcoming challenges and was geared up to tackle them,” he adds.
Facing the Pandemic Bravely
Although the pandemic initially impacted AxleWeb Technologies, but the company transformed it into an opportunity. Offices became virtual and streamlined; covid 19 pushed the fast forward button on digital access. “It provided companies with the perfect opportunity to innovate, it highlighted the importance of training and upskilling,” states the management. “We have people working remotely after which there is rise in productivity levels as well,” it further adds.
