The Automation Tech Torque
While sharing his opinion on how the tech space is getting further impacted by advanced techs like AI and ML, Mayur says that all problems up to the point were discussed and solutions found for these using tools that were available till that point. These tools included using logic, industry frameworks, systems like the Kanban or analysis tools like the Theory of Constraints.
With the widespread use of AI and ML and the development of faster processors, all permutations and combinations can be analysed, and futuristic algorithms are written that encompass all scenarios. This has helped companies in setting real-world situations in their modelling. All foreseeable situations can be analysed.
“With this as a backdrop, we at AutoFlow Tech have been driven to provide our customers with all options in their quest for automation. We have not only assisted customers in their AI and ML journey, but we have also worked with them on RPA,” says Mayur.
Going forward, the use of AI and ML will grow in all domains. The unprecedented growth in processing speeds will enable more complex algorithms to be processed that deal with the most complex situations. For companies to be competitive in the future, they must analyze their own business models and ensure they introduce AI and ML to remain cost competitive.
A People-Processes-Systems Integrated Fightback
Speaking of the challenges faced by the team during the pandemic, Ajit recollects that they were operating in a hybrid work environment from day one, which helped them a lot to set themselves up for the new normal.
Their primary focus was on the health and safety of their team members. They strongly focused on aligning People, Processes, and Systems to the new normal, which was reviewed regularly.
Ajit puts, “We are proud to mention here, with an extremely marginal impact on operations; we made outstanding progress during the pandemic and at the same time ensured,
- Health and safety of our teammates,
- No salary deductions for our employees; instead, our employees gained an 80% to 200% salary hike during their appraisal cycle
- No impact on client deliverables and commitments.”
All thanks to their governance framework – AutoLync, which turned out as a key that made all operations and collaborations seamless during a pandemic. Additionally, it is not only they but also their customers who have adopted the Governance framework to streamline their operations and collaborations. “We were fortunate to help our customers during the pandemic,” believes Ajit.
Reflecting Freedom of Technovation
In his advice to other tech business leaders who wish to make their organizational environments the best for their employees, Gaurav recommends that technology is all about innovation and that the secret to innovation is freedom; they should ensure that employees must have freedom at work. In today’s new normal, there is a marginal space for traditional cubical ‘9-to-5 work culture. Post-pandemic, the environment has changed drastically.
“Within your organizational culture, there should be a sweet blend of friendliness and professionalism.
Employee First; keeping it in our mind, our organizational environment should encourage,
- Work-life balance
- Ideation and Innovation
- Constant learning and development
- Enabling employees with ample opportunities in their career aspirations.
- Create new processes for constant evolutions and encouragement,” he reflects.
AutoFlow Tech Framework In-Synced Future
Speaking about their future, Gaurav shares that with their current popularity in the Indian market, they are expanding their presence in the US and the UK. Their industry-agnostic enterprise services and products are well aligned with the market demand. Consequently, they forecast 40% growth overseas and 60% in the domestic market by the end of FY22-23.
He furthers, “We are receiving a tremendous response to our consultative solutions approach and suit of productivity enhancement tools that includes our Governance framework and our low code development platform,” before concluding, “We have envisioned upcoming market demand, and accordingly established apt team structure for innovations.”
